In order to manage programs, you will travel to the PROGRAMS icon in your administrative area. This area allows administrators to manage the programs that are offering online applications. This area controls various elements of the actual application process for specific programs/schools.
Upon reaching the PROGRAMS home screen the administrator is presented with a table or list of all programs within the system by ID, name and more.
In the "ACTIVE" column on the far right side of the screen, you will be able to see if the program is marked as Active or Inactive.
- Active = Program is available for parents to apply to if the application period is open.
- Inactive = Program is not available for parents to apply to when the application period is open.
