In the Programs module each program that is available to be applied to is listed in a table format showcasing the grades that the program is currently accepting applications in the "Grades Accepting" column.  To update these grades for a program, the administrators has the ability to EDIT the program. 




Once in the EDIT screen of the program setup, you will see an area entitled "Accept Grades" with a series of checkboxes next to each grade level available. To add a grade to a specific program, you will simply check the box next to the grade level in question and click the "Save" button at the bottom of the Edit Program screen.  To remove a grade from the program setup you will uncheck the selected grade and click the "Save" button at the bottom of the Edit Program screen.
