When creating or Editing a report in the Custom Report Builder, you will need to be familiar with the fields used in the creation and set up of your application forms. It is suggested to have a separate window open with the SETTINGS>>MANAGE FORMS window open to reference specific fields when building reports. In addition to reviewing the fields in your school or districts specific forms, here are a list of the commonly used filters when building reports for reference. 


Frequently Used Fields for Filters:


Applications (Submitted / Not Submitted) - 

  • Record - applications
  • Field - finished
  • Values
    •  Submitted = 1
    • Not Submitted = 0


Application Status (Eligible / InEligible / In Processing - 

  • Record - applications
  • Field - active
  • Values
    • Eligible = 1
    • Ineligible = 0
    • In Processing = -1


Program Student is Applying to - 

  • Record - applications
  • Field - academyID
  • Search by - programs


Lottery List the Student is on (Accepted / Waiting List) - 

  • Record - applications
  • Field - lottery_list
  • Values
    • accepted
    • waiting

How a Student has Responded to their Lottery Seat (Accepted Seat / Declined Seat / Pending Reponse) - 

  • Record - lottery_rankings
  • Field - accept
  • Values
    • Accepted Seat = 1
    • Pending or Haven't Responded = 0
    • Declined Seat = -1

Enrollment Forms (Submitted / Not Submitted) 

  • Record - students
  • Field - enroll_finished
  • Values
    • Yes = 1
    • No = 0

Enrollment Form Status (Approved/Denied/In Processing) - 

  • Record - students
  • Field - enroll_active
  • Values
    • Approved = 1
