There are 2 automated email notifications you will receive relating to your Smart Choice account based on the following scenarios:

1.  ACCOUNT CREATION - When you create an account within the system initially, you will receive an automatic account creation notification that contains information about your account such as the username or email address you used to sign up for reference. 

2.  FORGOTTEN PASSWORD- When you use the self service forgotten password feature, an automated email will be sent with a temporary password. Learn more about resetting your password.
