Each school or district has the power to determine if the forms are editable after submission.
To determine if the form is editable you will first login to your Smart Choice parent account. On your parent dashboard, if your forms are editable you will see an EDIT button to the right of the school's application.
The EDIT button will bring you to the final step of the application completed. If the application is submitted you will be routed to the confirmation page. At all times you can see the steps of the application to the left of the screen. The application steps that are underlined links are steps that are editable. Simply click the step in which you wish to edit, make the updates in question and continue through the application to save your revised form data.
