If you were accepted into the program you may have the option to accept your student's seat from your parent dashboard.
If the school or district you have applied to chooses to use this feature you will see your student's accepted status directly below the school name with options to ACCEPT or DECLINE the seat.
Upon clicking the ACCEPT OR DECLINE button you will be prompted with a warning that will have you confirm you truly wish to ACCEPT OR DECLINE the seat. The warning will contact information relevant to the school or district's rules in regards to accepting or declining a seat so it is very important to read the warning. Upon confirming the seat status will be updated to reflect the action you took.
The Smart Choice team does not manage accepted or waiting lists for schools. If you have any questions about placement or the process of accepting or declining you will need to contact the school or district you have applied to.
